Eligibility & Age Restriction

Strict +18 Policy: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use OnlyTranss.

Identity Verification: Access to create or publish content requires mandatory identity verification (KYC). Providing fraudulent documents or misrepresenting age will result in immediate permanent account suspension and legal reporting where applicable.

User Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and password.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties.

Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Pricing & Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a creator, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Pay-Per-View (PPV) & Tips: Unlocking PPV messages/posts or sending tips are one-time non-refundable transactions.

No Refund Policy: All purchases made on OnlyTranss are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicit platform discretion regarding system errors.

Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination, blacklisting of payment methods, and potential debt collection.

Content Rights & Intellectual Property

Creator Ownership: Creators retain full copyright and ownership over the original content they publish on OnlyTranss.

Limited License for Subscribers: Subscribing grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the creator's content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Anti-Piracy & Leak Prohibition: Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing, selling, or leaking any content from OnlyTranss without explicit written permission from the creator is strictly illegal and violates DMCA/copyright laws. Violators will be permanently banned and sued for damages.

Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to upload, stream, publish, or share content that contains:

Minors (anyone under 18 years of age) under any circumstances.

Non-consensual sexual media or violence.

Illegal acts, hate speech, harassment, or dangerous activity.

Copyrighted material owned by third parties without authorization.

Account Termination

OnlyTranss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or creator account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-compliance with compliance policies, or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

OnlyTranss operates as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for user-generated content. We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
